1. Which type of information we collect?

• We only collect information of users on our Platform/App, for example, when you create an account and sign in, create business profile and make transactions.
• Business information is listed in the application form and/or create business profile form.
• Profile: Details of warehouse/transportation services, including photos are storaged and sent to potential customers.
• User: Activities performed on the platform will be tracked, including but not limited to: usage time, frequency of use, number of transactions, visits/clicks to the page, and output frequency show certain product keywords.

2. How we use the information

• Wareflex uses the information we collect for the following general purposes: providing products and services, posting information on the platform for promotion, contact user, payment, authentication, improvement service, contact, research and anti-fraud.
• Information regarding user identity, budget and platform usage will not be shared and is only used to ensure no impersonation and to enable us to create a better experience as well like making future improvements.
• Contact or customer information can be shared with any potential partners of strategic importance.
• Warehouse data will be visible to registered business account users and may be subject to limited access in accordance with Wareflex‘s own policies in the future.
• This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time to reflect new ways of handling information for the benefit of users or to improve the platform. When we update any changes, we will include a ‘Last Updated‘ date next to the policy. If a change in Wareflex‘s privacy policy may affect users, we will promptly make such changes available through the user‘s registered email address.
